Common Grasss Yellow is a swift flyer which can frequently be seen in Wetland Park. It occurs in most habitats and is one of the most common Pieridae in Hong Kong. Waxy Leaf (Breynia fruticosa) and Winged Cassia (Senna alata) are some of its larval food plants.
