Visitor Facilities

The Information Counter of the Park is located at the Atrium of the Visitor Centre. Here, our sincere staff is ready to render our assistance to you.

The Park provides free cloaking service to visitors. Visitors can inquire about the service at the Information Counter.

In addition to the cloaking service, we have 60 self-service lockers for visitors' temporary storage of their personal belongings.

The Audio Guide broadcasts interpretation automatically when you visit designated indoor galleries and hotspots. You can also select to listen to the interpretation of a specific exhibit by keying in the exhibit number into the Audio Guide device. Free loan of Audio Guide Set is available at the Information Counter. Languages available are: Cantonese, Putonghua, English, Japanese and Korean.

Seating capacity of the Theatre is about 200. It is used to show films on the Park and other wetland conservation topics. It is also an ideal place for seminars, conferences, recitals and other community/corporate functions.

The Multi-function Room is locates on the G/F of the Visitor Centre. The seating capacity is about 25. It can be used for organising various activities, such as seminars and debriefing sessions.

Located next to the Theatre at the atrium of the Visitor Centre, this Mother's Room is well-equipped with chair and wash basin for parents'/guardians' use. There are also baby changing stations in most of the toilets.
