申請人注意事項

所有申請表必須於參觀前最少1個星期遞交。申請以先到先得方式處理。成功申請者，本公園會於3個工作天內以電郵發出確認通知信。

預訂團體門票（使用條款及細則）

申請人必須閱讀及同意以下使用條款及細則，並連同已填妥的申請表一併提交，否則本公園未必能夠處理該申請。 

使用條款及細則

1. 本公園接受參觀前7至60天的預約。申請結果會在收到申請表後3個工作天內以電子郵件或以傳真方式通知聯絡人。
2. 成功申請者在入場當日請攜帶確認信到本公園票務處取票及付款。申請人可以現金、公司支票（抬頭請註明“香港特別行政區政府”）、八達通或易辦事付款。如申請者訂票後沒有依時取票而未有事先通知，將影響該團體日後申請的成功機會。
3. 申請人如沒有提供完整或正確的資料，可能會影響處理申請的時間及結果。申請能否獲得批准，須視乎申請是否完全符合上述條件而定，本公園擁有最終決定權。
4. 本公園保留權利更改或取消此訂票方法，恕不另行通知。
   

Notes to Applicant

Application should be submitted at least one week before the visit. All applications are processed on a first-come-first-served basis. The booking confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail or by fax to the successful applicant within 3 working days.

Group Tickets Booking (Terms and Conditions of Use)

Applicant must read and agree with the Terms and Conditions listed below and submit it together with the completed application form. Otherwise, the Park may not be able to process the application. 

Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Group Booking is available from 7 to 60 days prior to the scheduled date of visit. The result of booking will be notified by e-mail or by fax to the contact person of the application within 3 working days after receiving the application.
2. The successful applicant is required to bring the confirmation letter to the Ticket Office of HKWP to collect the tickets and settle payment on the day of visit. Applicants could settle payment by cash, company cheque (payable to “The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region”), Octopus or EPS. Organisations that fail to collect tickets on the day of visit without prior notice would affect their chance of success in future application. 
3. Any incomplete or incorrect data may affect the processing time and the outcome of your application. Application’s approval is subject to whether the above terms and conditions are met. HKWP’s decision is final.
   
4. HKWP reserves the right to revise or cancel this booking method without prior notice.

團體門票 Group Tickets

收費 Fees

# 優惠票適用於3歲至17歲小童、全日制學生、殘疾人士、殘疾人士的一名同行照料者及65歲或以上長者。
# Concession includes children aged 3 to 17, full-time students, people with disabilities (PWD), one accompanying carer of a PWD and senior citizens aged 65 or above.

參觀者須知

1. 香港濕地公園開放時間： 星期一、三至日、公眾假期：上午十時至下午五時 逢星期二休息（公眾假期除外）
2. 團體訂票並不包括導賞服務。
3. 在本公園內不可使用手提揚聲器。
4. 訪客須自行安排交通到達和離開香港濕地公園。本園有少量免費旅遊車泊位，先到先得。
5. 有關惡劣天氣安排，請參閱本公園網頁www.wetlandpark.gov.hk內之訪客資訊。

Notes for Visitors

1. Hong Kong Wetland Park’s opening hours: Mondays, Wednesdays to Sundays: 10:00am to 5:00pm Closed on all Tuesdays (except public holidays)
   
2. This group ticket booking application does not include guided service.
   
3. It is not allowed to use mobile speakers in HKWP. 
   
4. Visitors must arrange their own transportation to and from HKWP. There are limited free parking spaces for coaches on a first-come-first-served basis. 
   
5. Please refer to the visitor information section ofHKWP’s website www.wetlandpark.gov.hk for arrangements under inclement weather conditions.

申請人所提供的資料，將會用作申請香港濕地公園全年 / 半年 / 家庭入場證、作持證人進入香港濕地公園的識別及以電郵傳送有關香港濕地公園的資料。個人資料的提供純屬自願。如果申請人不提供充分的資料，本公園未必能夠處理該申請。本公園可能會因應上述目的而將表格上的任何個人資料向執法機構、其他政府部門或相關機構披露。除根據個人資料（私隱）條例下的豁免，申請人有權要求查閱及更正所提供的個人資料。查閱及更正個人資料，以及不希望收取本公園以電郵發出的資訊的要求，應以電郵 info@wetlandpark.gov.hk 傳送至香港濕地公園行政主任。

Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance Notification

The personal data provided by the applicant will be used for the application of Hong Kong Wetland Park Annual / Half-year / Family Pass, identification of Pass holder for entry of Hong Kong Wetland Park and emailing of information about Hong Kong Wetland Park. The provision of personal data is voluntary. If the applicant does not provide sufficient information, the Park may not be able to process the application. Hong Kong Wetland Park may disclose any information contained on this form to law enforcement agencies, other government bureaux and departments, and any relevant parties for the purposes mentioned above. Subject to exemptions under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the applicant has a right of access and correction with regard to personal data. Request for personal data access and correction, as well as not receiving any emails of information about Hong Kong Wetland Park, should be addressed to the Executive Officer of Hong Kong Wetland Park by emailing to info@wetlandpark.gov.hk.
